Threads from LENDPLUS AFTER LOAN HAS BEEN FULLY SETTLED

On 19th May I borrowed R1500.00 from Lendplus. First payment is R299.71 that I have made. I made another payment R900.00 on the 24.05 as immediate payment and then there was a debit of R989.68 on the 25.06.2025. It showed the loan was paid. So I received the whole of July 2025 offers for a new loan, so I ignored it. Not Suddenly I receive letters/ Mails that My loan is not paid and that they did not receive my last installment and I need to pay them another R1098.86. Tjek for what???? Yesterday, the lady requested that I sent my bank statement as a proof of payment. which I did. And again this morning they are threatening me to pay the R1098.86. No short term loan interest is 119.22%. This is above the rates allowed in South Africa under the national Credit Act. I will report you to NCR
