They take long to answer, I have been calling since from Wednesday.

I app**** for a loan on the 12 of February and I was asked for extension, I paid R429. 34 but still the debit order went through months end with the loan full repayment and interest.
I have have sent several emails requesting for my money no one has responded, I called them and I was told they will get back to me but still no one has called me or responded to my email.
DO NOT ACCEPT THIER EXTENSION OR ELSE YOU WILL BE LIKE ME.
