There was an error on my side where I accidentally paid my loan account in panic, thinking the debit order wont go off but it did later that evening. When calling for a refund, I was wonderfully assisted by a lady named Carla, she was patient, understanding and guided me through the process and also gave me some tips about my account. Thank Lendplus I wish there was more customer service people out there like Carla
