The service was excellent. I felt understood and heared. The agent I spoke to was kind and informed me of information that was correct with what I needed. The agent was empathetic to the delay I endured because of miscommunication or incorrect information received from the previous agent. The agent I spoke to was very warm and kind. I look forward to being assisted by Shane again.
