Suspect business practices by Lendplus Technology (*****?)

I discovered there was a *****ulent loan account opened by Lendplus Technology in my name. I did an affidavit with the police and forwarded to their email as instructed. Following up a month later, they confirmed my email was not on record but I have a read receipt. Try and phone them to report a *****ulent account and they don't have a ***** department. It sounds like a train station if you phone them and they confirmed that it is a call center. They have done nothing and can't offer professional assistance in this matter.
