Let me start of by saying Avile is a star, I settled my loan a few days before my payday, but my mistake was not sending proof of payment, which made Lendus to deduct upon the agreed date even though it was already paid up. I called in, and I was assisted by Avile, his service was amazing, he managed to calm me down and within a few minutes our phone interactions felt like I'm talking to a brother that I know personally.
