Spoke to a guy named Elvis and he was he was helpful in a "I really want to help" kind of way. He was attentive from the moment he picked up the phone, I didn't have to repeat stuff and I could also hear him clearly so didn't have to ask him to repeat anything either. His choice of words and his tone of voice gave "old friend" vibes. Very happy with help I got.
