Settlement Agreement Not Honoured - LendPlus & Landau Collections

I am disappointed with the service received from both LendPlus and Landau Collections. I settled my account in accordance with a settlement offer received in June 2026 and have provided proof of payment. Despite numerous follow-ups, the remaining balance has still not been written off as agreed, and communication has been extremely poor. I have now been forced to escalate the matter to the NCR. I simply want the settlement agreement honored and my account updated correctly.
