Rude and they will harras you

I took out a loan with lendplus. Had a family funeral I had to attend to and I'm well aware of the contract breach. One of the agents told me I had to leave the funeral and pay lendplus. The other one said lend plus was more important because I had a agreement with them. The first few time they called they said the arrangement will work where I'll pay via the app end of this month. Now it's a different story. They call every 5 minutes. They will harras you untill you make payment. When I want to speak to a manger they drop the call.
