Refund

Lendplus was supposed to debit on 20th March 2025 and sent me no stop SMS which I paid the amount due the same day and received conformation that the money was received ,next thing on Saturday 22th march 2025 the debit Mr R6274.94 that I have already paid.now I want my refund someone sent aa email saying I get back my money after 2 to 4weeks. And the hardly respond email.
