They double deducted me on friday i called on sat they told me it has been escalated, Spoke with Namhla , and they cant transfere us to the relevant department im not so happy and im still waiting for my refund they say i must wait 48 hrs while they take hours to pay when applying im not happy at at all .. i need my money

This was not enough time to cancel the debit check. We have refunded the overpayment and should reflect in your bank account by 8pm this evening.
