Poor services

I took out a loan on the 25th of July, due me being on a Rain sim, I could not get my loan that was approved trough ewallet, I called on the 26 July to reverse the loan. The loan was reversed, now they have debitted my Account, and tells me I have to wait 5 days for them to pay back my money. Poor assistance. Called them to stop the debit order but still they did not stop it. Need a manager to call me back. Today still
