Poor service from loan company Lendplus

I app**** for a loan from Lendplus. When they paid out the load, they only work via ewallet. Due to the contract phone i use, i can not acces ewallet and informed Lendplus. I asked them to please cancel the loan then and they said ok. A few days later i received an sms reminding me about the loan being deducted off my account on the 12th of December 2024. I phoned them again for the 2nd time and was first told there is no indication about a cancelation but was told o its on the system. I asked for an confirmation email that no deduction will be done and never received the email. Yesterday 11 December 2024 i received a reminder sms about the money getting deducted on the 12th. I phoned again but this tile was told they awaits feedback from FNB?? I had no deal with FNB. This morning 12 December another sms trying to deduct the money. Service from them is poor and i will not recommend anyone to ever get a loan from them
