POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

they are the worst company to deal with and i am not saying that because i was declined. The reason i made this statement is that of poor follow up. you send mails and all you get is an automated reply that they working on it. They request multiple documents yet it takes few seconds to confirm if you are approved or declined. This company took over 2 weeks to confirm loan declined although in that week multiple requests for pay slips and banking statements was requested. never deal with them . There is many more much reputable companies that can assist. They declined me yet few minutes later i was approved for a loan. DISGUSTING POOR SERVICE
