Payment with no recognition

I was given a discount to pay a certain amount on the 25th of November and the offer was valid to pay within 7 days, I paid that amount yesterday with immediate payment and I was told it will reflect yesterday or this morning and it still not reflecting and when I communicate I'm not getting assistance it's like I haven't paid anything
