payment acknowledgement and allocation

Lendplus has debited on my account but they are not allocating funds as they supposed to to clear the loan instead each and every day the balance increase yet i was told that they had a system problem but it will be sorted before Thursday today still no changes it the balance is increasing i sent my bank statement from the 27 till today no changes on my account when i call they hang up and ignore my whattsapp messages
