Pathetic

Send emails to customer service and called in and spoke to lieshle who is working remote and can't transfer me to anybody higher. I wanted to change my number as my phone was ****** and number was jot ricad on my name but she says they can not change a number and it will be linked to Mt profile permanently. Is this the only company in the world that can't change a phone number.
