Overdue refund and Untruthful

This company is ran by sc***mers. They failed to refund me an e-wallet that was 'sent' to a suspended line. when I issued an alternative line they mention that is impossible to change on their system. i have been told it will take 7 days for the refund to be made but it is over 20 days now. When I followed up they mention It will take 48hrs to be refunded. please be careful and do background check first before lending money.
