No transparency with these people and they do it intentionally. When borrowing money from them the website tells you the money will take up to 6 hours for it to get in your bank. But once you sign everything and get the payment message, then they tell you about 12 hours. Also, their interest rate is based on how many days you're keeping the money, but sometimes they'll deduct before they agreed date but would still change a full amount even if the duration hasn't been completed. So, they're changing interest to the money that they've collected already.
