No money paid into my account after three days after signing debicheck

i app**** for a loan a debicheck was sent to my account i accepted then realised the repayment date was v=changed to the 11th Why is lendplus forcing us to pay back our loans on the 11th of December ? Who gets paid on the 11th ? . also i still havent gotten the money three days later and they dont reply to emails , their phones dont work when the do its automated no option ton speak to a real human but some how i am meant repay a loan i never got in 10 day . what the heck is going on is this a **** now ?
