No loan was app**** for or received, they keep on threatening to list me on the Credit Bureau, unacceptable!! No feedback no joy

I have never encountered such an unhelpful company, i do not have a loan or have i received any funds from Lendplus, i am struggling for 25 days, to get hold of them via email and phone, no joy, they keep on trying to debit my bank account, sending messages that i am behind in payment , on a loan i never received, i have emailed Aventus the holding company, no joy, i have a clear credit record, this is unacceptable, i need this matter resolved, Sifu at Lendplus collections said that my complaint has been logged, head of department to get back to me 6 days later nobody emailed , i am beyond frustrated, and i am not leaving this matter ,
