Money payed but not recieved

Through numerous call logs about my account and no reply. I`ve made a loan with lend plus and did the debit check via the app but no money was paid in my account. End of the month there was a deduction of R3200 from my account but I have not received a cent from Lend Plus. When i make a call log with customer service then they say it was paid into E-Wallet. It was never communicated like that and no E-Wallet number with password was received to withdraw the money. When can I expect the money to be paid into my account? My account number is in the attachment as the loan agreement and paid up to full.
