****mers and *****sters refusing to refund me!

I had a loan in February 2025, settled the loan early and they still debited my bank account with the loan amount at the end of March 2025. I have been calling for a month requesting for a refund. The agents keep saying that they are escalating the issue and I will be paid back within 24-48 hours, but till this day, I have not received my money back. The feedback is nonexistent, I am the one who keeps following up. I have called almost everyday for the past 30 days. Utterly poor service and I would not recommend anyone to use their services!
