I've phoned their call centre and told them to stop the loan payment because i dont need the funds anymore. The consultant was supposed to inform the finance team and revert to me but with no answer. I received the funds in my account and return it immediately, They told me now that I will have to pay for the fees but I have repay it immediatel. I need to pay additonal R1900. I have lodged a compliant with the Ombudsman. This is day light *******. All companies have a coolling of period.
