****med by lendiplus

I have app**** loan beginning of July as usually then accepted the debit mandate but they never deliver the service when I try to get hold of them with all platforms there was no luck till the debited the amount of 4431 from my account. I called FNB theu said they can't reverse the money as the institution blocked them to do so. So m shattered and broken of being ****med my hard cash money. Can someone please intervene or help on this disturbing situation
