Loan refund

I took a loan on the 31st March 2026 my number was blocked and ask them to reverse the loan. It was done but still debited my account at the end of the month. It's been a week now without getting any assistance regarding my refund I spoke to numerous agents including the team Leader Juan Paul. They don't return my email's it's a struggle getting my money back. This people are really frustrating me they are the worse with customers services.
