Loan on my name but money never received

I app**** for a loan which was approved on 7/8/2025 and today 19/8/2025 I still have not gotten the money. I have been calling everyday to cancel this loan and the debit order and am always told it will be escalated... Please cancel this loan, remove it from my name and stop the debit order as I never gotten the money
