Lendplus - Worst Service Provider

I took up a short term loan with lendplus. 3 time of which all was paid. On my last loan I contacted them a month before hand to make arrangements to pay it off as i knew there were no funds available. I have emailed and phone them on numerous occasions but they don't reply. I called in to make arrangements to pay it monthly installments but they refuse and harrass be with calls which are voice recordings. They are threatening to do field visits etc. so I want is for them to accept a payment arrangement or we can do it legally as this is unacceptable practice. 10 to 15 automated calls a day but no real person to talk you and discuss anything. Absolute *******
