Lendplus Technology loans

We agreed on a R60 000 loan and was promised it would be payed to my account after approval of debit mandate. Then boom, no money came into to my account for 3 days. I asked for their address and to the loan contract, they said they were at Saint Georges building in Pretoria and refused to give me the loan contract. Seeing that no money reported to my account, I went to Pretoria to verify the building, only to find out Saint Georges building was vecated and no one was in that building. I realised that I was ****med. Went to Capitec to close my account and reopened a new one. Problem is that they now appear on my Experian credit rating and there's nothing I can do to remove them. Mmm y credit rating is completely ruined and I can't qualify for anything anymore. Lendplus is still texting via WhatsApp. They say I owe them money and I don't remember receiving a cent from them. I opened a case with Moot police Station and nothing was done to date. I also reported them to NCR and TransUnion and TransUnion has removed them from my record. The problem is they still appearing on the Experian credit rating and I lost a lost of points. Capitec and Nedbank use Experian credit rating and to them I am now a bad client.
