Lendplus stole my money

I borrowed an amount of R7000 with Lendplus and I had decided to pay the money via EFT. I paid the money in full but to my surprise, they debited me the money that I had already paid. I tried to speak to them and they are so unreachable via phones or email. I am so flabbergasted right now. Other debit orders are bouncing because of Lendplus. They took the whole R8735. Please assist if possible. People should stay away from Lendplus at all cost
