Lendplus not providing paid up letter for laon up in March 2025

I have been struggling to get a paid-up letter from Lendplus for months with no success. My loan has been paid up since March 2025, however, Saddiqa Cassiem claims that they have not received the funds/payments. All proof of payments were shared providing the account number and the dates that payments were made, yet my matter is still unresolved. Saddiqa Cassiem, Kha****a Osman and the Support email addresses are in copy on the emails and not a single response or acknowledgment of my numerous emails has been received. It is incredibly frustrating to keep hitting a brick wall when all I want is my paid-up letter.
