Lendplus need to refund me my money!!!

I paid off my loan and they still deducted from my bank account. I was told that they would refund me within 3-5 working days and I am still waiting. It is way past that time. I have sent them countless emails and there has no response to my query. I am so annoyed because it means I paid double the amount and they are ignoring my emails.
