Lendplus loan repayment, no answer on 4 numbers or e-mail.

I have been trying to phone Lendplus on 4 different numbers since Friday25 July, I have send numerous mails to the support e-mail, but all to no avail. phoning the number its always busy, they ask you not to hang up but the calls just drop. I need to speak to someone at Lendplus urgently re payment arrangements. How am I suppose to do that if you do not answer me. The process of getting a loan is sooth and professional, please can you aftercare and customer service be as smooth as well. I need urgent assistance Ref no ***
