LendPlus Lie IN WRITING: Don't Trust Them

Absolute trash service. Threatened me daily when I was unemployed. Do not honour commitments. Threaten after you've settled.

1. I called in to double check a) the banking details and b) the discount I was given to settle the account.

2. I did that.

3. I receive messages daily now threatening me over R135 morning BUT I paid according to what was communicated.

4. Called into the call centre and they confirmed the settlement I paid.

I have all the screenshots.

According to the terms communicated, I no longer owe anything. But I am being threatened with handover for R135.00
