Lendplus is horrible including their customer service

Someone took a loan out on my name since last year I have been receiving calls from these idiot agents and I keep on advising that I did not take out any loan amount for the said amount. I have even sent through the requested affadavit but up until now I am receiving call asking for payments. Whenever I ask to be transferred to the relevant dept I am placed on extended holds and the call drops. Yet every 5 minutes their agents would call. I have even sent emails and not once have I received any response.
