Lendplus blue ticking me about my refund

I made the required loan repayment via EFT and have proof of payment confirming the transaction. However, despite the EFT payment, the same amount was debited from my bank account.

I've been trying to get hold of them through calls and emails with no luck. They're not responding. My money gone.
