LENDPLUS biggest *****sters in South Africa

I took a loan with them in August and was payable by 27th of September. On the 23rd, I made a manual payment to Lendplus in order to take another loan. This loan is currently still active and payable on the 25th of October. On the 27th of September, this company debited the same amount as what I paid. I have been emailing them since Friday 27th to reverse this debit. They have not responded to any of my emails since Friday. Their contact number does not allow you to speak to an agent, and the chat system on the portal never has any free agents to speak to. I have sent numerous emails and still have not received an acknowledgement on my original email. This company is sending emails and messages to make immediate payments in order to take another loan, but when you DO make payment, they debit your account as well and there is NO way for you to reach them. This company needs to be reported and closed down for ******** practices. I want my money back!!!!
