Lendplus bad service

Service is very poor, the application for loan is so fast they even send a mandate to you fast but the problem starts when they should send money, you will approve the mandate and either get the money after a week or whenever they want to give it to you yet you approved the mandate, customer service is worse their consultant lie about the date that you will receive money on, then when you call again they never answer the calls that time it's not even a tall free , you will spend money for airtime and call them they won't pick up until your airtime is finished, they won't even call you back cause they already got what they want,the mandate is approved.
