Lend plus Rude and Poor Customer Care : They refuse to remove my data in their system

These ones are extremely rude and arrogant. I have been sending them emails to request that they clear my data in their system as this is my right to personal information protection. They deliberately ignore my request and keep on sending me loan application harassing emails. Can I open a legal case against them?
