Lack of service

I took out an emergency loan with this company yesterday before 2PM thinking they'll be able to help me in the time frame I need. They advertise a pay out within an hour for Ewallet and 6 for bank account. I called in a few minutes later to request that the application gets processed quicker since I urgently need the money and was told that my loan application would be prioritised since am applying due to an emergency.

I called in again after an hour, spoke to an Amanda who did not seem like she wanted to assist me. She told me that there's no such thing as prioritising an application and the previous consultant must have **** to me.

I got an SMS yesterday confirming that the money has been released and so I waited an hour since their adverti*****t says it would reflect within that time frame, unfortunately that did not happen so I called them again only to be told that I chose the bank account option instead of the Ewallet which I know is not true as I made sure that I chose the option that would allow a quicker payout. The consultant told me to wait for the money to reflect this morning.

Once again I called the company to follow up again this morning and was told that the money will only reflect after 8 PM which is absolutely ridiculous!

I have called this numerous times and even e-mailed their support team at this point I need them to withdraw my application ASAP!
