Lack of communication and no paid up letters

I have been trying since December to get a reply from them concerning my loan payments. I made a payment to settle my account and I have not received even an automated message back saying that they have received my money.

My payment only reflects on the loan statement and the loan balance on the website reflects my balance change. But still no communication from them regarding paid up letters or responses to my emails....
