Incompetence

I took a loan with Lendplus which I paid in full in November. They called me saying there's a balance of a R100+ and sent me a link to settle it but the link wouldn't work. I sent an email to get assisted with the link but instead keep receiving calls to pay the balance which is now R300+. I sent a follow-up email regarding the link and also to understand why the amount has double but they keep putting 'refusal to pay' on my status.

I also get different stories from agents. Some say it's a loan, some a balance. Some are as confused and their manager never call back
