I would NEVER recommend Lendplus! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lendplus has now acknowledged their mistake by sending me a full refund which I appreciate, however they haven’t even made the slightest attempt to apologize for their mishandling of the situation, or for their agents insinuating that I was lying even after I provided them with evidence. I still intend to take things further both legally and publicly. I used hundreds of rands of my own money contacting them daily to try and resolve this issue and not once did any of their agents call me back despite them promising to do so. And yet as soon as I refused to pay on the collection day, they harrassed me by calling me nearly 20 times a day to collect. They'd call and when I answer the call then they'd hang up immediately. Almost 20 calls!! EVERY SINGLE DAY!! That is harassment. The 10 calls a day only stopped when they *******ly deducted the money from my bank account. Lendplus and its employees have wasted my money, they've wasted my time, and quite frankly they've exhausted my patience. They've behaved extremely *********ly and they haven't even offered me an apology for their behaviour, never mind compensation for my money and time I spent calling them, the NCR, FNB and Capitec(which I've got call logs which are all date and time stamped to prove my claim). I gave them every opportunity to sort this out amicably from the beginning, however they decided to delay and drag their feet until I went through the trouble of opening a NCR case, gathering evidence, and posting about their poor conduct on social media. That tells me that Lendplus, its call centre agents, and its department managers would've been perfectly content with *****ing my money if i had been less educated on how to handle the situation. That being said, I would never recommend them to anybody. I am still waiting on the investigation report and recommendation from the NCR and once I've got that then I intend to do what I set out to do with the evidence I've gathered.

Not even an apology Lendplus! Disgusting! If this is their company policy and the atmosphere its built around, I'd honestly be ashamed to work for, or even be associated with this company.

Please check your facebook comment because I guarantee you this is not an isolated incident. Its happened to many other people some of whom I've already reached out to. I find it hard to believe that this is "not the standard of service" you aim to deliver. Also i notice how you conveniently disregarded the fact that because of the direct actions of Lenplus and its agents, I spent hours and hundreds of rand to try to do their job and get this situation sorted out. (I can send you the call logs if youd like to see the exact amount of time I spent on calls with your agents. Its all date and time stamped.) Or what about the fact that after not calling me at all when supposedly trying to get it sorted out, to calling me +-100 times in 14 days to collect money that was never legally yours to collect in the first place? And then the best part is that when I answered those collection calls, the agent immediately would cut the call. So what was the aim of all these call? To intimidate or irritate me into paying? No, a simple apology is not enough. I tried and tried again to sort this issue out amicably, but its gone far past that point now. I'm going to explore every possible avenue to make sure that there are both reparations and repercussions. After doing some research I've discovered that your parent company based in Lithuania is called the Aventus Group. Aside from the already opened NCR case, I plan to reach out to CEO Andrejus Trofimovas' secretary to notify them of this misconduct and malpractice. To think this entire situation could have been sorted out with a simple phone call from a competent agent who was willing to actively listen and look at evidence. If you are going to give feedback to anyone, I suggest I be top management
