I would just like to say that Audra assisted me greatly

I would just like to say that Audra assisted me greatly. She communicated clearly and helped me within minutes. I had very little airtime and was worried the call might cut off, but it didn’t. She worked efficiently and made sure I was helped quickly, even though she wasn’t aware of my situation.
