I settled my loan on the 6th of February yet online it still shows as active

I settled my loan on the 6th of February yet online it still shows as active. Today i recieve an sms saying i should extend my payment that is due. I sent both my settlement letter and POP via email yet still the issue is not resolved iv been trying get assistance with no luck.
