I had a bad experience. I’ve been trying to change my number but I can’t access the old one I registered with. I’ve called many times but the automated system won’t help. I’ve emailed with no reply. Webchat with Alex didn’t help and he kept transferring me. Tracy said I’d get a call from support by 3pm, but no one called
