Horrible Lender and Poor Customer Experience

I took out a loan for R6000.00, had the loan paid via consolidation and part cash/eft. They still debited me, when I demand a refund of the money settled via consolidation by the bank I get a cold shoulder. No one is responding or assisting infact they claim they owe me no refund. My only option is to report this to the regulator.
