I am getting constant text messages for someone named Tanya, stating the account has been handed over. Please get your facts straight and your client's phone numbers right.

Despite multiple emails sent, no one has been even come back to acknowledge or apologize. Zero communications received.

Terrible customer service. Very terrible.
