Frustrated

I haven't received my refund ( they deducted money from my account without giving me a loan ) despite numerous attempts to reach them, the last I spoke to one of their consultants she said she sent an email requesting for a refund. When I try to contact them my calls don't get through I don't know whether they have blocked my number.
