**** FROM LENDPLUS!!

I needed some money and tried to check out Lendplus, I added all my details however I received the money from a friend and I no longer required the loan. I kept receiving SMS's to accept and sign the loan, however I did not do so. Today I received a call from a lady with a English accent pretending to be from the UK stating that I should accept it and I told her to please cancel it and she pretended as if she did not know what I was saying and then she hung up. I checked their website and it stated I should call their customer service team which I did and the agent by the name of Sophiso stated that he can not cancel it because it has already been approved, he then puts me on hold for a few minutes and states he has now sent off a request to cancel it, I then ask him to send me proof and he states I will receive an Sms which up until now I haven't received anything. I have sent numerous amounts of emails and I even spoke to their chat bot to cancel however I have not received a response.

I have not signed the loan agreement and I have not agreed to the terms and conditions for the loan. I have the call recordings and I have all the forwarding communications I have made to Lendplus.

I feel like I am being harrased by receiving these Sms to accept the loan when I do not need it and made the necessary steps to cancel it.

I am starting to feel like Lendplus is a **** after I viewed all the reviews about this company.

I am getting in touch with SAPS AND THE ***** Team as this is not right, I will not stand for money I did not take or receive.
